I love my corporate clients! If you want to add a yoga program to your corporate wellness offerings, I'd love to help you. Many clients offer weekly or monthly yoga classes and have witnessed the benefits of offering mindful movement to their employees. Some benefits of yoga for your team can be lowered blood pressure, stress reduction, better focus, and less back and neck strain. Many of my weekly clients say they feel lighter and a sense of calm after class.

Weekly Yoga
End or begin your day with a 45 minute gentle yoga class. A beginner friendly class that welcomes everyone to the mat.
Yoga/Breathwork Workshop
Perfect for retreats or your next big corporate meeting. Let your employees wind down and relax after a long day of sitting. This is a great bonding experience. Workshops can be anywhere from 30 mins - 1 hr.
Monthly Yin Yoga
Great for a virtual team or a Friday afternoon. Yin yoga is the most slowed-down yoga practice. It's gentle, relaxing and a very welcoming practice.
