Our instructor, Grace J. Wieczorek, has been teaching Yoga for 10 years.  She is a certified Yoga instructor.  She is a registered member of the Yoga Alliance (Registered Yoga Teachers(RYT))  and of KYTA (Kripalu Yoga Teachers Alliance).  She is a graduate of Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine, FL, one of the most recognized Kripalu Yoga Teaching Centers in Florida.

Our studio provides a relaxing atmosphere and is fully equipped with all of the necessary yoga equipment and accessories.
